At BPAS9000 Corp. we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all colleagues, suppliers, clients and visitors. This is achieved by ensuring that all employees are provided with the information, training and supervision they need to perform their job in a safe manner.
BPAS9000 Corp. adopts an approach that seeks to continuously improve its health and safety culture and provision. It places a great emphasis on education, trying to eradicate the culture of health and safety simply as a process which must be adhered to, and to embed a culture of understanding. This involves employees understanding the consequences of their actions, or of inaction, and demonstrating the effects this can have on their own wellbeing, or that of other stakeholders. As a rapidly growing company BPAS9000 Corp. are continually assimilating new staff into the company culture, and impressing upon them the importance of safe working practices is the highest priority for the QHSE team.

Management Commitment
Management will take all reasonable precautions to protect employees from workplace violence and harassment, and will ensure employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities as it relates to them. The management team of BPAS9000. Corp will ensure that all concerns, allegations or incidents of workplace violence and harassment are investigated in a fair and timely manner, while respecting the employees privacy within reason. We will ensure risk assessments are done to identify and control any risks related to workplace violence. The management team will also ensure that each assessment is in compliance with BPAS9000 Corp. policy on the Prevention of Workplace Violence & Harassment and the procedures in place.
Employees/ Contractors/Visitors Commitment
It is the responsibility of every employee/contractor/visitor to be aware of, and to follow, the procedures that are in place to protect them from workplace violence and harassment. Employees are required to immediately report all incidents of workplace violence and harassment to their direct supervisor. Workplace harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace a comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome. Violence is considered as the exercise or attempt of physical force by a person against a fellow employee in a workplace that causes or could cause physical injury to the employee. Also a statement or behavior that is reasonable for an employee to interpret as a threat to exercise physical force against the employee, in a workplace, that could cause physical injury to the worker 911 MUST BE called or in the event that a there is a workplace violence and harassment matter that involves two or more employees and the employee who feels threaten or harassed does not want the authorities to be called, BPAS9000 Corp. Supervisors should proceed calling the authorities.This policy is not intended to limit or constrain the reasonable exercise of BPAS9000 Corp. management functions in the workplace.BPAS9000 Corp. expects every employee, at all levels of the company, to promote and comply with our workplace violence and harassment prevention policy and program. Employees will not be reprised against when acting in good faith of bringing forward a complaint or providing information regarding a complaint or incident of workplace violence or harassment. BPAS9000 Corp. will annually review its Workplace Violence & Harassment policy to ensure it is upholding all legislative requirements.

It is the responsibility of BPAS9000 Corp. to ensure a secure and safe work environment and ensure all customers safety when at Bpas9000 Corp. have a staff identification process, whereby all our staffing have a company I.D and there is zero tolerance for employees showing up at our job sites without it.
